Charged multiple times for one small order, no response from company

I placed an order for a toenail fungus pen from Orivelle, it was supposed to be $17.11. But then Astronara Trading charged me twice for that $17.11. Then they charged me again for $26.69. And then another charge for $53.38.

I used PayPal, so I filed a dispute right away. I tried contacting the company myself but got no response at all. When I googled them, I found information saying they're out of Dubai and that they're a fraudulent company.

PayPal was contacted immediately and they're helping with the dispute now. I just want people to know about this.
