Text about a part-time remote job with suspicious email address
I been looking for part-time jobs for a while now. Got this text saying “Greetings, this is Maya with Atera Inc.” and it says they checked my profile and I’d be a perfect match for some part-time remote role helping vendors update item descriptions.
It says adjustable schedule like 60-90 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Earnings $250-$500 daily with a base of $1000 for 4 working days. Also free learning sessions and 15-20 days paid time off. They said 20 openings and if I’m at least 20 years old to text +16462031276 for more insights.
I took note of the suspicious email it came from, [email protected], and thought to report it. Just didn’t feel right.

Job offer from Maya at Atera Inc. seems off
Got a text from someone named Maya saying she's from Atera Inc. She said they found my profile and wanted to share a part-time remote job. It's for helping merchants update product info to make it more visible.
Says it's 60 to 90 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Pay is $250 to $500 daily. Then a $1,000 base pay every 4 working days. Plus free training and 15 to 20 paid vacation days a year. Said they have 20 openings right now.
If I'm 20 or older and interested, I gotta text 6462755592 for the full details. The email she used was [email protected]. Just felt off. Didn't ask for money or anything yet but I didn't reply.
