Ordered from athorough.com and they want more money to send it

I ordered something from athorough.com and it never showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said it couldn't be delivered because of some local issue at my address. That doesn't make sense because I get stuff delivered here all the time.

They told me the product was sent back and if I wanted them to send it again it would cost me another $10. I said no, I never got the item so either send me a new one for free or refund my money. They just kept saying I had to pay the extra $10 if I wanted it. I paid $42.03 for something I never got and they won't do anything about it.
