Paid for a product and then got asked for another fee to deliver it

I paid for a product and then got a tracking number for AtlasGlobalMovers.com. When I put the tracking number in their site, it said I needed to pay a $59 service fee to complete the delivery. They said it was refundable later. I think Sacred Buttons and AtlasGlobalMovers.com are the same thing because when I searched for AGM online I couldn’t find anything. The whole thing feels off. I lost over $66.
