Got a weird voicemail about a discount from AT&T DIRECTV

I got this voicemail on my phone. It said it was from AT&T DIRECTV and that my 50% discount on my monthly bill was set to expire that same day. The message said if they didn't hear from me immediately the change would be final, and to call back the number on my caller ID.

So I called the number back. It was (262) 435-1105. Every single time I called, they just hung up on me. Multiple times. It felt really off. The whole thing didn't make sense.
