Bought tank tops from a TikTok ad and never got anything

I saw an ad on TikTok for tank tops and ordered some on 3/27/26. The website was aurenire.com. I paid $32.98 with my debit card.

They said the stuff was delivered but I never got it. I emailed them about my order and they said they would give me a partial refund or a replacement. I picked the replacement. They said that was sent on 5/4/26. It’s been weeks now and still nothing showed up.

My bank wouldn’t help me because I used my debit card and they said since I had the card it was my fault. So I’m out the money and no tank tops.
