Ordered clothes from a TikTok ad, never got them and lost $24

I saw these clothes advertised on TikTok and bought them from Aurenive.com. I placed my order and paid $24, but the items never showed up. I never got my delivery.

I reached out to them about it. They just told me the delivery was made, but they didn't provide any proof. I lost my money.

Paid for an order but the tracking number doesn't work

I bought something from aurenive.com and my payment went through. Right after I paid, they gave me a tracking number. But I never got any email to confirm my order. And when I try to use that tracking number, it doesn't show anything. It's like it's not even a real number. I spent $24 and now there's just nothing. No confirmation, no way to track it.
