Ordered a custom beach towel, never got it after months of excuses

I ordered a custom beach towel from this place in Wyoming back in November, meant to be a Christmas present. After that, it was just many, many excuses for why I never got any updates. At one point they told me there was a delay because of "Lunar New Year," which doesn't even happen until February, so that felt off.

They kept telling me over and over that it had been shipped. They gave me a tracking number, but when I checked it on 17track.net, it said the item was never even received by the carrier. I finally had to contact Visa and dispute the charge.

Even after a lot of phone calls and emails, the only real response I got from AuteeStore was an email saying they wouldn't ship the item unless I rescinded the dispute. I told them that didn't make sense because they already claimed it was shipped. No further contact after that. Visa did refund my money, even though AuteeStore sent a rebuttal. I looked into it more and contacted ScamPulse.com, and they said there's no such business at that Wyoming address—it's actually a restaurant.
