Got a scam text about my car warranty

I got a text message from Auto Warranty. It said I had to call to verify and activate my warranty for my vehicle. They wanted me to give them my vehicle information. The number was 1(844) 796-0783 and it said the address was in ID, USA. This is just a phishing scam to get people's information. I didn't call them and I didn't give them anything, but it's annoying to get these messages.
