Paid a deposit to Autobidmaster for a car auction and never got my money back

I was on the Autobidmaster website for a car auction. I placed a deposit for a car I was bidding on. I ended up losing the bid. Right after that, I requested my refund back. I never received it.

I called the number on the listing, (503) 298-4300. Nothing came of it. My deposit was $1200 and it's just gone. I tried the email [email protected] too. No reply. It's been a complete dead end.
