Ordered from an Instagram ad and never got my items

I saw a Christmas ad on Instagram and decided to buy two items. I paid for them and also paid extra for shipping protection. The total came to $103.63.

The package never arrived. I tried to contact them through the email they used, which is [email protected], but I never got any reply back. It just feels like I sent my money and got nothing for it.
