Ordered a sweater that looked nothing like the photo and can't get a refund

I bought a sweater from AvaGraceNYC.com. What showed up looked nothing like the picture and the quality was terrible. I tried to return it. I got an email from [email protected] saying I could get a refund or a discount. I wrote back saying I wanted the refund.

For weeks I tried over email to get the return info or the shipping label they promised. Nothing. I just kept getting the same email over and over. I even posted on their Facebook page. This has been going on since March 6th.

My order was #12130421 for the "Zaira | Artistic Cat Statement Top" in multicolor, size S. It was $59.95. They shipped it but I can't send it back to get my money.
