Paid $60 for a high-end product and got cheap counterfeit junk

I got a text from Avagracenyc.com about their product. I went to their site and it looked legit, so I placed an order. The total came to $59.95.

What showed up was nothing like the ad. It's just low quality junk, a complete counterfeit. The materials are cheap and it's poorly made. They sent me this garbage instead of the actual product they advertise on their website.

I tried to contact them at their email, [email protected], about this. No reply. I'm out sixty dollars for this fake product.
