Ordered flowers for my granddaughter and they never showed up on time

I called Ava's Flowers to send flowers to my granddaughter in Englewood Colorado. I looked for a LOCAL florist and thought this was it. I picked out flowers on the website and the price showed 52.99 as I was talking to the agent on the phone. But then she quoted me a total close to 100 bucks. Delivery was supposed to be free.

I questioned the price so she lowered it to 71.87. I paid but never got an email confirmation. She told me the delivery truck goes out at 2 pm. The flowers did not get delivered the same day like they were supposed to. I had to make several phone calls to finally get a supervisor. She told me she would issue a refund. That was within the last 30 minutes.

I did get an email saying a refund was issued but I'm not sure if it actually went through. If it didn't I will report again. But this place is misrepresenting as a local business, playing around with the pricing, and not delivering on time like they agreed.
