Woman came to my house about my son's Molina insurance without an appointment

This woman Anne came to our home with no appointment. She said she was following up with my son for Molina. She asked a lot of personal questions about his care and doctor appointments and had my son sign and initial a medical ROI form.

After she left I called her and told her my son wanted to sign an opt out form. She said she already took care of that and his medical records and benefits were not affected. I asked for a copy of the completed ROI and the local address to her office. I never got either one.

I called Molina and they said she is not affiliated with them at all. Her name is Anne Macharia.
