Paid for a product weeks ago and never got it

I ordered something from Aviroo or Amerhome products and paid $49.99 for it. I never received the product. It's been weeks now.

I tried to contact them using their email, [email protected], and I called the phone number they have, (231) 310-2505. They say they're in Denver, 80221. But I never get any real help. They just keep telling me it's shipped, but they won't give me a tracking number or any proof.

There's no tracking, nothing. I think I got scammed.
