Paid for a product that never came and tracking never updated

I paid for something on Babyidc.com and it never got delivered. The money they took from my account was $29.18 but it wasn't for what I actually ordered.

When I try to track it the label was just created and nothing else. They kept sending me fake confirmations like it was on its way but it was never actually sent. I don't know what else to do.
