Seaway Window installed both the Entry door and window on August 17th on Mr***’s residence at [redacted] We have experienced supplier issues with our Storm Door components since July that have unfortunately not been resolved We have contacted Mr*** since the date of the complaint letter (October 21, 2015) and have successfully agreed to switch the storm door to another supplier with a projected install date by mid-November
