They used our insurance to bill for medical supplies we never got

I got a notice from my insurance about claims for medical equipment. It was from Bakarika Corp. I never ordered anything from them and I definitely never received any supplies.

They somehow had all our insurance information. They submitted claims for things we didn't ask for. I don't know how they got our details. This just showed up out of nowhere.

Now I have to deal with this. I didn't lose any money myself but my insurance was billed. It's for stuff that never happened.

Got three bills from Bakarika Corp for over $12,000 I don't owe.

I got a bill from a company called Bakarika Corp. Their number is (443) 883-8634 and the address listed is 10711 Red Run Blvd Ste 101 in Owings Mills, MD. They billed my health insurance, Meritain Health, three different times.

The bills are for health items and they total $12,062.00. I never bought anything from them. I don't owe this money. It feels like someone is using my information. I just want this to stop and for these charges to be taken off.
