Instagram ad for hose attachment turned into fake delivery scam

I ordered a hose attachment from an ad on Instagram. They sent me a bunch of shipping updates through some third party website but then on June 7th the notifications just stopped.

When I filed a claim with PayPal the seller showed them shipping confirmation saying it was delivered. That tracking info was totally different from what they had been emailing me. PayPal denied my first claim because the company now calling itself Banbain Trade Co gave them false tracking that said it was delivered to my locked USPS box. USPS said they have no record of that and nobody can get into my box unless they work there.

I called PayPal to reopen the case. Just waiting now. Lost $64.97.
