Paid shipping for a cat item I never got from BarkButtonUS

I saw BarkButtonUS.com and asked them a question about something for cats. They got back to me and said they could send me one, I just had to cover the shipping cost of $14.99. So I paid that. But I never got the item. It never showed up. I paid the shipping to the email [email protected] and the charge came through, but that was it. No follow up, no product, nothing.
