Ordered a product that never showed up and they blame the post office

I ordered something from www.baseballg.com and paid $27.95. The product never got delivered. They kept telling me to reach out to USPS but USPS says they don't have it either.

When I asked for a replacement they just kept saying the post office has it. I asked for a refund and they kept avoiding it. No help at all.
