Home warranty letters from people who got my info through my mortgage

I keep getting these letters about my "Home Protection/Warranty Coverage" expiring. They say I need to renew right away and call their office. I never bought any warranty like that and I never will.

Somehow these scammers got my info from Bay Mortgage Corp over in Fairhope, Alabama. That was my original mortgage company. Now I get mail from multiple different people sending the same kind of thing. The return address on one was Daphne, AL and a phone number of (850) 391-5849.

It's just annoying. They keep acting like my coverage is about to run out if I don't call them. I haven't lost any money to it but it feels like they're trying to trick me into calling.
