Ordered from Bearpaw.com, item said delivered but I never got it

I placed an order on Bearpaw.com. They took $36 from me. Then I got a notice saying the item was delivered, but I never received anything. Not a single package.

Now I can't even get on the site. It's just gone, disappeared. I have no way to contact them or check on my order. The money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
