Ordered a hat in January and still nothing months later

I saw an ad on social media and went to their website get.belicohatsofficial.com and ordered a hat on January 31. They said it would take 2 months to arrive. Then they said there would be a 2-3 week delay. As of May 21st it still never showed up. I spent $40 on this.

I tried emailing [email protected] but I never got a reply. The phone number they have is (877) 470-9118 but I don't know if anyone picks up. It just feels like they took my money and that was it. No hat. No update. Just waiting and waiting.
