Ordered two bags, one was cheaply made and customer service is terrible

I ordered two bags from Bellatorri. One of them that I got was very poorly and cheaply made. The overall quality of this company's products is not at all like they advertised.

But more importantly, the customer service is terrible. There's no way to reach them except by email. The responses I get feel automated, and there's no follow through to actually resolve any issues. I paid $79 and this is what I get.
