Ordered a coffee grinder and no one picks up the phone

I saw an ad on Google for a coffee bean grinder so I ordered it from a store called Belro. Something called Vershop was also involved. It was supposed to ship through Kelvo Shop Com. I don't know who is who honestly.

I ordered it on April 14 and it was supposed to arrive in 4 to 6 days. It never did. I call the number (850) 403-3534 and all I get is music and a voice saying I am first in line. I call for an update on the shipping schedule and no one ever answers the phone. Ever.

I ended up canceling my debit card. I lost $39.00. I was stupid to order from them. Hopefully God takes care of these people.
