Charged twice for a camera light I only bought once

I bought a light ring flash for my camera from Belro.com. I got the light ring, but then I saw a charge for $39.99 from something called Kelvoshop. It happened again the next month.

I looked up Kelvoshop and found out other people say they do fraudulent charges. I never bought anything for $39.99 from them, not once, and they charged me twice. It just doesn't make sense.
