Got a scary voicemail about a lawsuit from "Nevada state processing unit"

I got a call, or really a voicemail, saying the message was for my husband. It was from someone named Jessica Ray claiming to be with the "Nevada state processing unit." The message said it was an emergency from an attorney's office called Benson and Kane.

They said they were going to file a motion for wage garnishment or a lien, and that a process server would be dispatched to a home or work address. To get details or a stop order, they said to contact Benson and Kane at 888-480-3051 and gave a reference number NCB18122-NV.

The whole thing felt off. I never heard of this and we don't have any issue like this. It was just a scary voicemail out of nowhere.
