Got a call about free union services that turned out to be a lie

I got a call from someone named Anna. She said Best of Health was working with the 1199SEIU Union to give free services for one day, like massage and chiropractic. She mentioned acupuncture too. I set up a massage for March 20, 2026. Anna called me a bunch of times to confirm it.

I went to the address she gave at 230 East 48th Street in New York. There was no sign on the door. Inside, there weren't any certificates or licenses shown. The guy there said he was a chiropractor and had me fill out a form with all my insurance and health details. Then he told me there was no massage available. He said Anna lies about the services.

I think they were just trying to get my insurance information to bill it. I left right away. The whole thing felt off. Anna's phone number was (917) 673-2063.
