Paid for a product online that wasn't what they said it was

I got a text about a product and I paid $39 for it online. The money went to an address in Milford, CT, 167 Cherry St. PMB 292. The contact was [email protected] and the phone number was (513) 608-5481.

The product was not what they said it was. I've had health and all kind of issues in my life because of this. It just didn't make sense. I never got what was promised.
