Charged my card three times after I paid for a gambling site

I paid $999.00 to use a gambling site called BetUs. They charged my card three separate times, but I only agreed to one charge. The money came out of my account for all three. I'm out the full $3,000 now. Their phone number is (888) 999-1763 and the email is [email protected]. The address they list is Financial Park Tower in Panama City. I only consented to one payment, not three. This doesn't make any sense.
