Ordered back in February and still nothing after months of waiting

Well I've been waiting for months since February 24, 26 to be exact, only to get told it was coming, it was coming, yet I'm sitting here feeling like I was robbed because nothing's here. I paid $94.94 for something online and they had a website tic toc and email [email protected]. They kept saying it was on its way but that was months ago. Now I don't even know if it's real or if I just got taken. I tried calling that phone number they gave but it's just nothing.
