Getting harassing calls about a loan I never had

I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978 about some loan I never took out. They call me multiple times a day, sometimes from different numbers, and they are really aggressive. They say I owe money and threaten to take legal action.

I've told them over and over that I don't have a loan with them and to stop calling, but they just refuse. It's pure harassment and I need it to stop. I found a website, biovanta.com, and an address in Brooklyn, NY, connected to this. They already got me for $28.98 on some other online purchase scam. Now this.
