Ordered a dress and got scammed by bittersadly.com

I bought a dress with my credit card but they used PayPal without asking me. The dress took 30 days to get here not 7-15 like they said. The quality is terrible colors and size nothing like the pictures. Material is wrong too. The package came from another country to PA. The label says KEEVN VAREZAY- 1825 Paradise Trail- East Stroudsbury Trail, East Stroudsbury, PA 18301. I contacted support about a return and refund because their website says 100% return policy. They offered me $3.00 and told me to keep the dress that is 3 sizes too small. I cant even wear it. So they are a complete scam. They emailed me at 4:45 AM from [email protected] via amazonses.com. They said the warehouse verified the goods are correct and shipping fee might be a lot for return. Then asked if I want 3USD as compensation and keep the products.
