Ordered black hair ties and got nothing back

I saw this thing for black hair ties online so I ordered it. Money came out of my account. Then nothing showed up. I tried the address they gave me 70 E Hawthorne Ave Valley Stream NY 11580 but I don't even know if thats real. No package no tracking nothing. I emailed them and no reply. Felt off from the start but I went ahead anyway. Just wanted some hair ties. Didn't get anything for what I paid.
