Phone call about frozen funds from an AI investment training account

I was doing this AI investment training and then I got a message from the BLACK HATS saying my account was part of some investigation into DZ ALLIANCE. They said my funds were frozen for my protection and I could maybe get them back but it was all real unclear how.

I been trying to call them back to figure out how to recover my money. It was $1000 I lost. I just need someone to steer me in the right direction. My number is 971-375-9684 if anybody knows anything.
