Buyer from Blacklord.co took my property deed without paying the $122,000 balance

A buyer from Blacklord.co contacted my realtor about buying my property. They made a down payment, but then the title company transferred the deed over without them ever paying the rest of the money owed, which was $122,000.

The buyer used fake LLCs and business names and addresses. They had multiple phone numbers and used an email like [email protected]. After they broke the contract, they just rented my property out to someone else and stopped all contact with me. It feels like they’re trying to steal my property. The buyer and the title company worked together on this.
