Blake keeps calling me about a loan I never asked for

This guy named Blake keeps calling me from 1(716) 437-2167. He says he can get me a loan. I never asked for anything like that. He calls over and over again. It’s the same thing every time. He wants me to pay something first before I get the loan. That didn’t make sense to me so I didn’t do it. He just keeps calling. I didn’t lose any money but it’s annoying.
