Got a weird call about a pre-approved loan I never asked for

I got this call from a guy named Blake Carter. He said he saw I was looking for a personal loan with one of their lending partners and that he mailed me a pre-approval. He said the guidelines have loosened and he could get me a better rate, he just needed to verify a few things. The message told me to press one or call him at 877-578-2110.

Then there was another message, same guy. He said it again, that he saw I was looking for a loan and they could improve my rate. He started talking about a $25,000 loan at 5.99% with a payment around $485. He said he needed to confirm a few things to go over the terms and to call back at 877-967-3236. I never looked for a loan with them. It felt off.
