Charged $100 for something that doesn't work and wasn't explained

I got a charge for $100 from BlissHarmony.com. There was no mention anywhere that this would be a recurring monthly charge. I never signed up for anything like that.

Besides, whatever it is, it does not work. I tried to look into it and the whole thing feels off. The contact is an email, [email protected], and a phone number, (425) 205-0759, but it's not clear what I even paid for.

The money just came out of my account. I want the charge reversed and this stopped.
