Was supposed to be one dollar now charging me thirty nine ninety nine a month

I signed up for something on Facebook it was supposed to cost $1.00 for a report. But now they are charging me $39.99 a month. I never even got the $1.00 report I paid for. I contacted them at [email protected] and nothing happened. They just keep taking the money out. I don't know how to stop it. The phone number they had was (000) 000-0000 but that didn't work. So now I'm stuck with this charge every month.
