Paid $58 for something I never got from Blue Ocean Project

I saw an item online and went to the Blue Ocean Project website to buy it. The site was https://blueoceanproject.co/. I paid $58 for it.

I never got what I ordered. It just never showed up. I tried to contact them using their email, [email protected], but I got no reply. Nothing. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
