Paid for an order from Bluesailapp that disappeared after customs.

I placed an order through Bluesailapp.com and paid $275. The charge went through. They said the order was coming from the Netherlands. I got a tracking update that it made it to US customs in Nashua, and then nothing. It just disappeared after that.

I tried to contact them using the support email, [email protected], and the phone number listed, (425) 864-2638. No real help. No one could tell me where my order was or what happened. The whole thing feels off. My money is gone and I never got what I paid for.
