Ordered something from Blyssofficial and now they're taking money every month

I bought a product from Blyssofficial.com. It took three months to get here and it wasn't even what it was supposed to be. Then they started taking $38.95 out of my account every month. They call it a membership. I never signed up for any membership.

To stop it, I have to cancel my card and get a new one. They tell you to log in to cancel, but then the site says you don't have an account. Nobody answers the phone at (850) 766-5234. They don't reply to emails sent to [email protected] either. It's a complete scam.
