Paid for a boat engine and never got a tracking number or the product

I found BoatEngineSale.com selling boat engines at what seemed like decent prices. They accepted PayPal, and that made me think they were a legitimate company. I paid $1,819.48 for an engine.

After I paid, I never got a tracking number or anything to show they were actually going to send it. The phone number they list, (562) 501-4682, doesn't go to anybody. The address they give is just a storage facility in La Mirada. I tried emailing [email protected] too, but nothing. I never received the engine or any real contact from them after they had my money.
