Sent my driver's license and business info to a fake government website

I was trying to identify my business with what I thought was a government agency. The website was https://boir.org/ and it listed an address in Honolulu, HI. I provided a copy of my driver's license, my home address, and my LLC's EIN number to them.

Now I realize it was a scam site for identity theft. I never sent any money, but they have all my personal and business information. I got no reply after submitting everything and the whole thing just feels wrong.
