Books.by keeps printing my book wrong and won't fix it

I used Books.by to print my book, and it's been a complete mess. They even admitted I didn't do anything wrong, but their printer keeps messing up my file. This same exact file works perfectly fine with Amazon KDP and Ingram Spark. No issues at all with them.

But with Books.by, every batch is wrong. Chapters are missing, there's weird highlighting that makes text unreadable, and the cover gets cut in bad places. They've sent replacements, but each time the replacements are just as messed up as the first ones. It's infuriating.

I've lost $100 on this. They have no real support, just chat bots. I've tried emailing [email protected]. I haven't spoken to a real person since all this started back in late February.
