Ordered a sun catcher and they just took my money

I ordered a sun catcher on the 13th of May. They sent an email on the 15th saying it was on its way. The tracking number is 420460629200190403066402606815 but it still says they are waiting on the package.

I reached out to them several times through email at [email protected] and no response. Their website is tictoc and the address they have is 1942 Broadway #314, Boulder, CO 80302. I lost $43.28 on this. I just want my money back or the item.
