Paid for a cookbook I never got, just keep getting the same email

I ordered a cookbook from bookworllibrary.com and my money was taken, $34. I never got the book. When I asked about it, they emailed back saying they were out of stock. I waited and emailed again two weeks later. The reply just said they would send the link again. I told them I wanted my money back instead. They just wrote back "I'll send the link again." I keep asking for the book or my money, and every email says the same thing, "I'll send a link." You took my money but sent nothing. The email also says it's built by woo commerce.
